Home burglar alarms

A recent study by Norwich Union Risk Services has shown that since the onset of the recession and the increase in the number of burglaries in the UK, one in three homeowners feels their property is less secure as a result.

Given the almost overwhelming choice of home burglar alarms currently available ,the advice is not to rush in to buying an alarm that might not be right for you, and to approach your local police force for guidance on home security.

It's always best to check with your home insurance provider before installing a home burglar alarm as failing to do so could cause problems in the event of a claim on the insurance.
